About me
Ida Skoko was born in 1988 in Pula. In 2012, she graduated in Autonomous visual arts from the KABK academy in The Hague, and in 2015, she completed her Master’s degree in Media Arts at the UMAS in Split, where she also obtained her teaching qualifications.
Since 2017, she has been working as a freelancer in her own business for audiovisual activities. Through Dokumentarist Plus, she primarily works for cultural institutions in the domain of social activities and civil society. She often collaborates on projects as an external associate, providing production and technical support for film and other festivals.
Together with her colleagues, she works on the project from the idea, to the realisation, including the script, shooting and post – production.
She works as head of video production for Pula Film Festival and PorečDox, and collaborates on projects with Historical and Maritime Museum of Istria, the Poreč Open University, Kino Valli, Level52, and numerous other private companies in audiovisual activities. She worked as an assistant director on the films “Gubilište” and “Sluga” directed by Matija Debeljuh, and the film “Zemlja ognja” directed by Mladen Đaković.
She lives and works in Banjole, but loves to travel.
